About Us
The Imperium Federation is made up for Waterside SEMH Primary School and Outreach, King's Oak SEMH Secondary School and Oak Lodge.
The Imperium Federation was created in 2018 - joining both Waterside and King's Oak together, it has been graded by OFSTED as outstanding and has the only outstanding secondary school within Greenwich.
We are not a pupil referral unit (PRU) but a family of special schools who work tirelessly to ensure the very best outcomes for each and every member of our community.
The federation works with some of the most vulnerable and complex young super-heroes and young adults within the education system, ensuring that they not only match, but in most cases exceed, their mainstream peer groups.
Our outstanding teams across the federation, support our pupils in getting the highest quality of teaching, attaining the very best qualifications available in a trauma informed and nurturing environment.
We are a proactive learning community, which strives to provide an excellent, personalised curriculum for all pupils. Our fully adaptive approach and environment allows our students, colleagues and community partners to flourish and achieve their potential. We are proud of our achievements, being ARC winners, EDI, Trauma Informed and Nurture International accredited to name but a few of our recent awards.
