This is our vision.

It underpins our teaching and learning, helping us to provide an environment which prepares our super heroes as confident, happy citizens. We have high academic aspirations for every one of our super heroes, with a keen drive to return them to a mainstream setting.

We work hard to meet the mental health needs of all super heroes, which we see as an essential priority, whilst supporting their families along their journey.

Here at Waterside, we are constantly striving to help the children be the best they can be in all areas of the curriculum… and beyond.

By fostering a positive attitude to work and encouraging the pupils to have high expectations of themselves, we aim to create an environment in school which produces successful learners, responsible citizens, effective contributors and confident individuals of the highest standard. We aim to help our super heroes have a clear understanding of good conduct, co-operation and British Values, empowering them to have successful futures.
