Inclusion at Imperium

There has been a lot of misinformation and speculation in the news over the Supreme Court.

As a federation, we have worked hard on making our schools a welcoming, safe and supportive of all our community.

We have worked tirelessly on de-colonising our curriculum, ensuring that bias and micro aggression has been removed within our policy and processes, we have taken the pledge of Ethical Leadership, we have led national campaigns on the the Elimination of Violence against Women and Girls (biological and trans) ; we are White Ribbon supporters and uphold outstanding standards in all areas of our work.

The Governing Board and school community have had an opportunity to discuss this and how we will react. It is a testament to our family, that we, as a unified community, have felt that nothing need change on how we support all members of our community.

This ruling has not changed us nor how we interact and behave.

It has not changed our ethos nor our humanity.

Regardless of your gender, sexuality, religion, ability - you are welcome within our buildings and are part of our family. 

You are safe with us.

We will accommodate your needs - as you would hope one human to another would do.  We are here for you all - we are here for everyone.
